At least one of those runs should never have scored. Beckett dug himself a hole, but Beltre's brain fart cost at least one run. It's pathetic. I see better execution of fundamental baseball in Pawtucket.

 

To me, he's the biggest disappointment of the off season acquisitions.

I doubt he could have gotten the man at home. There was no double play, it was a strange looking play but about all there was.

Remy said he had a chance at the plate, not that it was a given. Had he failed than there would have been a run in, bases still loaded and only one out.
