Oakland is the team pursuing him the most intently from what I have read. With the Padres checking in on him.

You can't even get this right. When stating a personally insulting post like this, you should always be careful that none of it can be factually disproved. I don't take unsolicited shots at posters for any reason. When I do take shots, they are in response to unsolicited insults directed at me. I never insult anyone for their opinion about sports.:thumbdown

I really think SD is better off waiting until the TDL to really shop Adrian. He would be the absolute prize acquisition, and should bring in a Tex/CC type return. I think most teams are to apprehensive and/or too optimistic of their chances right now to throw such a huge package SD's way.
