I really have to applaud Joe Torre for the way he is handling Pujols. He's walking him almost every single time. I don't understand why apparently he's the only manager in the NL who realizes that Pujols is possibly the greatest hitter of our generation and that you can't let him beat you, especially if there is an open base. The only time I wouldn't walk Pujols is if it would be the game winning run. It boggles my mind how many times teams have lost due to foolishly pitching to the man. Such a simple concept.
