that was a hell of a game!! I told my dad after Washington did so well against LSU that USC needed to be careful with Washington and voila, Washington takes away a win against USC, that is the biggest upset of the season IMO.

I kid though, Ohio State has some of the most classy fans of all of the big universities, there fans arent QUITE the D-Bags that some other schools fans are (USC, LSU, OU, and Michigan, i.e.)

well you can consider a win vs. MSU to be a hollow victory this year, MSU is trying to basically start there program from scratch and Mullen is a hell of a coach IMO and will give them a decent chance to compete in the SEC in the years to come he has completely changed the way they play on both sides of the ball but I think in the end it will all work out for MSU and they will atleast have a string of 8 win seasons and a few 9 or 10 win seasons eventually, Im pretty confident in Mullen.

having said all that, Im not a MSU fan Im a Texas fan but I lived in MS for awhile so I keep up with the teams.

Oh I've considered our wins over MSU the last decade pretty hollow. I did like Croom as a person. He wasn't that great as a coach, but I liked him as a person.

 

It'll be interesting to see how MSU does with Mullen. It's gonna be interesting to see who can stay at the top other than Alabama with all of the coaching changes and the new guys (Petrino and Mullen) being offensive minded first while Chizik hired the Gus Bus to come to town and run his offense. Someone is gonna fall short and fans will start to get disgruntled somewhere. Everyone can't win so it'll be interesting to see who can finish where in the next few years.
