Lugo had 4 hits today' date=' including another triple. I'm telling you, he's going to have a great 2nd half.[/quote']

You need to see him playing short though.......

It's like Adam Dunn in center.

Oh, and Ellsbury power surge. wut?

Yep but for another team. Think he needed a change, NL pitching is always a good one. Good luck to him.

His 4th AB was interesting. He eventually SO looking. But some maggot in the stands was flashing some kind of green pointing device at his head. They stopped the game when Big Albert came up. They did not find the guy.

Weird s***.

He's always done well against the O's.

Yeah. As much as I have ragged on him for sucking in Boston, I think he is a class act. I'm sure it's not easy to shake off losing your job to a career minor leaguer because you were injured. I just wish he could have done more in Boston.

I feel pretty much the same. Although I'm reluctant to use the words "class act". Not that he was a bad guy in any way while here. Good luck to him.

agreed, he never lived up to our expectations but he did his job quietly and he played hard, I respect him in another uniform but im glad he is gone.

Me too. He never made excuses. He did well in the 2007 post season.

BOOOOOOOOOO

actually I'm only watching Gameday. Did that seem intentional?

Not really. I don't think he was hit all, especially after seeing the replay.

"Well Lugo is now 3 for 3 with 2 singles, and RBI double, SB, and RS.

Did he ever have a line like that here?

I've been posting on a Card's board and following members comments there. It's hysterical. They are in love with the trade. "The Cardinals best trade ever". "Thank you Boston".

One member posted "Seriously, WTF Lugo?"

I responded by suggesting that Card's fans would be saying that in another context once Lugo boots a ground ball or makes an errant throw that allows runs to score and games to be lost."

Yeah, Papi jumped out of the way and the ball MAY have grazed his shirt. I don''t think that was intentional.
