Kennedy hit a decent pitch. I'd say Beckett got screwed over on the 2 runs scored against him but that's Beckett's own damn fault for walking the number 9 hitter. Still, he made a nice rebound.

Michelin Man shape. There was this one short guy who weighed about 300 lbs. and wanted to beat me up because I made out with his fiancee (oops! lol) and I used to call him the Michelin Man. You know, i used to be a 300 pounder, then dropped all the way to 220, now back in the 250's, i need to get this s*** under control.

 

I haven't been to a gym since high school. That's the most boring way to work out I could imagine. I do a lot of hiking/walking places though. I also do some running/riding my bike and some push ups/crunches when the Red Sox have a bad loss.
