Green Monster seating

I have tickets for the standing room on top of the Green Monster. Has anyone been there before and if so, how is it?

I had SRO on the Monster once and it was a pretty cool experience. We didn't stay in the same spot the whole game. Started off near the foul pole and eventually ended up in center field. Another good thing about being up there is the small beer lines.

Is anyone a member of the Red Sox Nation on the MLB site because I was wondering if anyone has been BP from the Monster.

I was up there for BP once, caught a ball as well. That hurt. I would advise bringing a glove if you're up there with a kid or anything.

I try to everytime I'm at Fenway but the guy always tells me I can only go up there if I have monster tickets. The "I came all way from Montreal" line never works either

If you subscribe to Red Sox Nation, I believe you can go up there no matter what type of tickets you have...
