Dunn is a slug. When defense is magnified(playoffs) and one bad play can cost you a series.. I would not even be able to watch Dunn at 1st.. Every groundball would produce at least 10 heart attacks across New England.

 

Vote No on Dunn.

Who says the critical play cannot happen early in a game? There is a reason Dunn is not a Sox right now... and it ain't the money.

If this were a game of Family Feud (Famliy Fortunes in England) and I had to guess the top reason why Dunn isn't on the Sox, I'd bet that "no place in the lineup/bench" is way higher than "Dunn can't play defense"

I agree, it's more of a not a true spot to put him, then it is money.

I'm not arguing that you don't bring up a good point Ed, I just think that your reason for not getting Dunn isn't as big as the reason I argued. And if they could work around my deterrent, then they'd easily work around your quandary.
