Not that this is particularly relevant' date=' but could you imagine if Rudy Gay stayed all four years and if Andrew Bynum actually went to Uconn instead of skipping out and going to the NBA?[/quote']

There would be a few loaded teams that would dismantle everyone else. Amare Stoudemire would've been at Memphis playing with that ridiculously athletic team they had last year, Kevin Durant, LaMarcus Aldridge, and DJ Augustin would still be at Texas, etc.

Da Dookies don't show up and BC steals one at home...

Wins vs. UNC (1) and Duke (6) I think solidifies their resume for the tourney unless they just throw a dud the rest of the way

I think BC is on the bubble. A miserable loss to a pathetic Harvard team, and a weak non-conference schedule.

If BC beats Miami, and doesn't choke in the ACC tournament, I think they get in. Right now, I'd leave them out.

Not to mention that loss at St. Louis. They're definitely on the bubble. I think that if the bracket was decided today, they'd have snuck their way in.

Eh, I'm not sure, I feel they're in without a doubt if they finish they don't bomb the last few weeks. They beat two top 6 teams.

I also feel like every bubble team has one or two bad losses anyways, so those losses aren't all that big of a deal as people will make them out to be.

As much as I dislike BC, I think they're in now.

20 wins,a .500 record in the acc and wins against duke and nc get them in the tourney.

they got the guard this year that can carry them into the 16 if they play together, of course they could be bounced in the 1st round depending on seeding.

how they lost to harvard is just mind boggling, harvard couldnt beat the local boys club 8th graders.

The Harvard loss was really, really bad though. I wouldn't put them in right now over a team like Georgetown (who Bracketology has as one of the last 4 out).

BC is in a pretty strong ACC, and they have two very good wins.

That being said, getting routed by a team whose RPI is in the 300's on your home court is pathetic. I'd be interested in the research if any bubble teams with losses that bad managed to sneak into the tournament.

7-5 in the ACC isn't very good, IMO, but if they can finish with 10 wins in the conference they'll get in.

Georgetown has the #2 schedule, play in a tougher conference, have beaten UConn, Memphis, and Syracuse.

If Georgetown can beat either Louisville or Villanova down the stretch I'll take Gtown's resume over BC's.

I guess RPI-wise you can put Georgetown in, they have some good wins, and don't have any really bad losses, but I have a hard time saying a team that's lost 9 of 12, and 7 of their last 8, should be in the tournament right now. They're from the best conference, so they have that going for them, but they've been awful within that conference.

GTown probably gets a twelve seed like Villanova got last year.

Very dangerous team. I think they can win two games in the tournament, but they need to stop pretending they can shoot the three ball.

Should've been a foul on that shot to end the half, but that was a great shot. I thought UConn was outplayed for the bulk of the half, so being down 3 isn't all that bad.

This game has the intensity of a tournament game. What a great game so far.

Great game, Blair played out his of mind dominating Thabeet. Shows some of the people who glorify Thabeet like he the second coming of Wilt Chamberlain. If he plays a quality big man he gets outplayed. Blair absolutely s*** on him tonight.

Pitt is the best team in the country. They are talented and tough as nails.

Just a heads up to you guys, Bryant got their revenge on NJIT, we beat them by like 24 or something.

Just being at a game and watching NJIT play made me wonder how they beat us. They're just god awful. THey have zero division 1 talent.

Don't be pissed because your team is garbage

Yeah, garbage .. sure.

We all know the Connvicts get away with murder. His first foul was with 2 minutes left in the SECOND HALF. They way he is allowed to run his mouth when everyone else gets T'd up is a joke.

Anyways, Blair freaking abused Thabeet. That one play where he flipped him over his head was hilarious.

Thabeet gets away with over the backs at least 3-5 times per game. it seems like every time someone has inside position on him and goes for an offensive rebound he pushes them out of bounds or almost out of bounds on the end line and they never call it. He did against Syracuse and Pitt. That guy would foul out of every game if they called some of those things or at least be a lot less effective.

Don't you just love Big 10 basketball?

Penn State 38, Illinois 33 - Final

I meant to mention that when I saw it. Big Ten basketball is awful to watch.

I wasn't paying much attention when I saw an ESPN bottom line alert when that was the score and thought to myself, "why are they giving me an update from the 1st half?". A few minutes later I saw it was a final. How do you shoot 27% and WIN?

Didn't Eric Devendorf punch a girl in the face?

Pitt is overrated in my eyes.

They beat a UConn team who can be exposed without Dyson and when someone plays rough with Thabeet and gets inside his head and puts him in foul trouble.
