I agree DIA' date=' if we can take 1 of 2 in LA, we got this. Welcome to the site, by the way.[/quote']

thanks for the welcome! but i agree with you more as long as we get a split on the left coast we should see a showdown game...

I would just like everyone to know that today' date=' I recieved tickets to the first ALDS game at Fenway. You may now all begin to kiss my ass.[/quote']

your job is to park your ass behind the bullpen, tell us how Beckett's bullpen looks and report back to us

I strongly suspect that as Game 1 goes, so goes the season.

I'm afraid Mike Lowell will try to play tonight and Scoscia will eliminate him for hte postseason with a bunt down the third base line.

1. Chone Figgins, 3B

2. Garret Anderson, LF

3. Mark Teixeira, 1B

4. Vladimir Guerrero, DH

7. Mike Napoli, C

8. Gary Matthews Jr., RF

9. Erick Aybar, SS

SP -- John Lackey

Garrett Anderson batting 2nd against Lester? I realize that he is 3 for 7 against Lester, but that seems to be a tough matchup for the Angels. I am also surprised that Matthews, another lefty hitter, is playing.

My tickets for sundays affair arrived, i would like it to be an elimination game with the angels down 2 coming in.

the angels are a 140/100 favorite and i think thats short considering the way they pummeled us during the season.

regular season dosent mean anything.

look at last year ,the yanks owned the Guardians during the season

the angels IMO have been lucky this season . their run diff isnt that good for the amount of wins they have
