No Jason Bay makes me a sad panda.

Why does Kotsay have to start? I see him as a pinch hit option right now the way Crisp has been swinging, and when Drew gets back he should be Option #5 for OF starting positions. How the hell can you leave Bay out of the lineup? He can have a day off on Thursday.

WIN!

Ellsbury should be #5.

Damn ESPN picking up the late season Yankees games, foolishly thinking that those would matter at the end of the season. Now I can't watch, *******s.

I think it is time to send a definitive message to these punks. Thanks for keeping 1st warm and all...but get to steppin'.

Seriously, it is time to start getting into post-season form and it starts with our ace..."Mr. October". I am kinda hoping Gomes gets a pinch hit appearance and the Sox are well ahead...He deserves to be earholed for wailing on Coco while he was being pinned down and could not defend himself. Gomes is a fuggin coward...a low-life of the highest accord.

Next year it is rubble, so who cares. It's not even the original Stadium from 1923. Are we supposed to get all nostalgic about a stadium built in 1976. Big s***. My house is older than that.

He has gone to be with his wife who's expecting their child and expected to re-join the team in Toronto.
In Toronto? What is she going to have a two day delivery? These guys make more for one game than the average American makes in a year, and they need to see the baby be born. Freakin pansy asses. I'd like to see a player tell Billy Martin that he was taking off two games because his wife was having a baby. The veins would pop out in his neck. What is the point? Stuff like this pisses me off. You work half the year.

Um, yeah, god f***ing forbid someone would want to be there in person for the birth of their child. No way should they have that right no matter what they do for a living. How dare he believe he has the right to provide comfort and support for his wife and get the experience of seeing his child brought into the world. What a jerk.

Yeah, total selfish *******. Babies won't win a title.

Wow. I'll pray for you.

The mother is usually screaming at you for knocking her up. I could've done without it.

As for funerals of loved ones, the funerals are usually in the morning. The game is at 7. There's no reason to miss a game unless the funeral is on a different coast. What has happened to the work ethic in the country?:dunno:

You're totally right. How can I become an ass like you? Sorry you hate your life.

I love life. I just see no big s*** in witnessing birth. If you've had a dog deliver a litter of pups when you were a kid, you've seen it.

What are you talking about? Because they make a ton of money they have no moral right to see their child being born? Fascism.

Go play a game the same day you had to deal with your parents' passing. Your mind will totally focused on the game, and not about what you just lost.

You're on crack.

But you did not create the litter of pups (I hope). They are not 'yours'. There's a pretty big difference here.

I don't know if you're trying to be funny or what but your posts in this thread are just pathetic. Try to understand that Jason Bay is more obligated to be with his wife to celebrate their newborn, rather than him miss it so you can watch him.
