Stupid s*** by the 49ers on that final play. I mean, if you are retarded enough to run it in that situation, at least run it with your primary back. You know, the one that has a chance of getting into the end zone? Shows how much confidence they have in Shawn Hill (or any of their quarterbacks, since he was the one starting).

They should have gone wildcat formation. I'd have done a designed pass play out of that formation' date=' personally.[/quote']

I would have done pretty much anything rather than hand off to the FB up the middle. Maybe a toss sweep to Gore, roll out, who knows. That was just horrible game management. Then again, that's why they are 2-7.

If it was the Pats, the play would have been to Welker or Faulk, unless The Back So Nice They Named Him Twice gets in there on second down, which is very possible.

Didn't catch that before. Law Firm. Love it. BJGE is definitely one of the heroes of this injury-deplated Patroits squad.

I'm still surprised dude didn't get drafted. He was tearing it up at Ole Miss for 2 years.

A TERRIBLE call (roughing the passer penalty on Philly) looks like it is about to propel Cincinnati to a win. Wow. The NFL has gone way too far on protecting the QB's. That was a joke.

I'm watching it now. Both teams are playing so bad that a tie game is very realistic.

They were showing it for a couple minutes in OT then they stopped saying that "due to NFL restrictions" they can't show it. Whatever, Pittsburgh-San Diego is on. Snowy, too.

Yeah, even though it wasn't really him due to that ball being massively underthrown, I like the Hall acquisition. They can be pretty aggressive with Hall, Carlos Rodgers, and Smoot playing the corners.

Despite Campbell's progress, he's still the master of the 5 yd dump on 3rd and 7.

I'm surprised nobody mentioned this, but Donovan McNabb = lolwut

That absolutely killed me how he said he had no idea there was such things as ties in the NFL. He truly thought they were about to play a 2nd OT. Wow, just wow. And even though he apparently didn't know, I can't believe he came out and said that. Unbelievable.

This Buffalo Cleveland game is starting to get crazy.

Jerome Harrison with a 72 yard run for a Cleveland TD, the ensuing kickoff goes back 98 yards for a TD.

Browns still winning -- the Bills' great start was a fluke, me thinks.

Terrible playcalling by the Browns there, but Dawson still knocks down a 56 yarder. Still left a lot of time on the clock, I'd have run it at least twice there.

Braylon Edwards might be the worst "elite" receiver in the NFL, if you even want to call him that. 4 or 5 drops tonight by my count. This guy needs to put some glue on his hands or something.

The second the Bills ran it to the outside I called they were going to miss that. There was no need for them to run to the outside because it wasn't that critical that they picked up the first down. Keep it centered, and they win.
