Ellsbury has become an automatic out. He needs to be dropped in the order when Ortiz comes back. Youk should get moved to the 2-hole behind Pedroia.

I thought Ellsbury would attempt to steal during Pedroia's AB. If he had been running on the hit, he probably could have scored on the hit.

I really am baffled that Ellsbury wasn't running when Pedroia was up. He's a contact hitter that has been hitting at a .400 clip. If Ellsbury got cut down, Pedroia leads off in the 8th. Just stupid game management.

The thing is, it's not gonna get any easier for us. We always suck at Seattle, I don't care how terrible they are. Then we come home to face the Yankees and Angels.
