For Casey's AB? I didn't think they were bad at all.

That's good. I'm happy to have taken the lead, but I'd prefer to do it without the umpires hosing the Rangers' pitcher.

Where do you get that he isn't patient?

His IsoD is .095 in 1000+ MiLB PA. In 3 games he's taken the count full and been rung up on complete horseshit called strikes.

Love that Dirty Water.

Nice comeback... despite the fact MLBtv IS RETARDED AND BLACKS ME OUT!

+1. The local broadcast down here in Texas blacked out too, in the 8th inning. I had to listen to JD Drew's at bat on the radio, but it was back on shortly thereafter.

Text message from my buddy, the only true rangers and baseball fan I know of in Texas: The Rangers bullpen is ********!!!

Oh, he's mad. I've got to go talk him off the ledge now, excuse me.

Lugo in LF... and you thought he was exciting at SS!

Speaking of which, why is Crisp not in the outfield? Is he beat up or something?

I read in The Globe that he's nursing a sore hamstring.

Great game. The Rookies all contributed in their own way. Bad game to lose Manny but the TEAM pulled it out, plus Texas has a crappy bullpen, just glad the Sox took advantage after leaving 33 runners on base...LOL!

I like when I head off to work having accepted the fact that we're going to lose a game, and then catching a glimpse of the bottomline on ESPN at work and having it say "Rangers - 5 Red Sox - 6 F"

I was just thinking today about how last season and so far this season its been kind of a reversal of the trend I was used to. In '03 and '04 I would always check the Yankees score in like the 7th or 8th inning of the Red Sox game, and whenever the yankees were trailing, it seemed by the time the Sox game was decided, the yankees had come back and won.

Lately it seems like the Sox have picked that up this year and last. Whenever I expect them to lose, they keep themselves in it. I like that.
