Congrats Red Sox fans. Now to return the favor of 2004, when you were the wild card.

I hate the Sox. I really, really do. However, I would absolutely love to see us and you guys in the ALCS, the way it should be. No matter what I say later on, here's to game 7 in Fenway, Yankees at Red Sox, tie game going into the seventh.

f*** it, why not? Who's with me on this one?

For the sake of my health... I don't know about that, man...

2003 and 2004 each took atleast three years off of my life.

Rhetorically speaking, I think the MFY's want a rematch more than we do. Alright, sans rhetoric. I want the Cleveland Guardians to beat them. I was borderline needing a liver transplant during 04' I spent all of my karma and drama. I keep telling myself it's just a game. Like a mantra.

Since 1975.

Just once...like an Ingram song. Just win. Ya know? Nope. It's going to be a bumpy ride.

And I could care less. Right.

Yeah, I'd be fine if the Yankees got swept; and if we have to play the Yankees, I'd prefer it not go to 7 games. This pennant race has already taken its stressful toll on me. I don't need that stuff.

Thank you Red Sox for picking the long series. Now we only have to face Sabathia twice, not both Sabathia and Carmona. WE SALUTE YOU!

I was at Fenway on Friday night. I brought my 4 year old son to his first game. WOW what a night.

It took us 1:45 to drive in (that usually take 30 mins). The stupid asses that run the tolls need to look at sports schedules and realize it's Friday night and people are going into the City for fun/Red Sox ect. Can't believe that. Then everything changed.... We found free parking 5 minutes from the park, we had standing room tickets, but found some great seats, then meet and got a signed ball from Sam Horn, then the sox won 5-2. We where gonig to leave and I thought "maybe they'll put the game on the Jumbo". My son is 4 and I had to realize that my wife might get angry keeping him in Boston all night, but I thought this could be an amazing memory for him and me. So we stayed. We all know what happened next, we had a small cheering crew up on the RF Roof Deck (the tables) surrounding my little man telling him he was the good luck charm ect. He thought he won the AL Title all by himself. We ran down the RF wall half way between the poll and the bullpen. Coco, Mike Lowell, Cora, and Papi came down the line to slap us a HUGE 5. Big Pappi missed slapping my son 5 so he stopped and went back to give him a SUPER 5. The guys where going crazy, the fans where going crazy, and to think all of those people that left the game. Thats why I drive in vs. the T.

What a 1st game for my little man. I only wish I had a camera with me. If anyone has some pictures of the RF area during the Celebration. I was wearnig a Patriots home jersey (Brady). Which is now my lucky shirt.

Awards to follow for thus far one of the best seasons in recent memory. Aside from the playoffs, there is more to come

Josh Beckett is sure to garner agood share of Cy Young votes

Dustin Pedroia seemingly should right now be making room on his mantel for a Rookie of the Year Award

Gold Gloves?

Kevin Youkilis managed all 12 defensive opportunities Sunday to set an American League record for first basemen with a perfect 1.000 fielding percentage this season.

Youkilis didn't make an error in 1,079 total chances at first base, breaking the previous mark of .999 established by the Red Sox’ Stuffy McInnis in 1921. The only other qualifying first baseman ever to record a 1.000 fielding percentage was San Diego’s Steve Garvey, who had 1,319 total chances in 1984. Youkilis has made 1,586 consecutive defensive plays at first since his last error.

Coco Crisp should also be heavily considered

Congrats Sox fans. In this day in age with the Wild Card, division titles get taken for granted sometimes, but it really is an accomplishment. Good luck the rest of the way...but not too much.

Does anyone have any pictures inside the park? I was there and I didn't have a camera. It was my sons first game and I was hoping you might of gotten us in the celebration after the game.

Special night for him... I hope he doesn't think all the games he goes to will be like that...

How old is he, if you don't mind my asking?
