I'd use Delcarmen, Timlin and Okajima to get to the 7th, then use Gagne to get to Papelbon for 2 innings to close it out. Especially with the off day tomorrow and the fact that he hasn't pitched in awhile. It's uncharacteristic, but at this point they just need to find a way to get through this game and still win it.
