Human rain delay Bonderman gets his wish as Lowell is out at 2nd. I agree "Schil", it looked like his foot touched the bag before the tag was applied

EDIT: Still Im not sure why Lowell was even sent out to steal. He's not that of a speedy guy and he had a small ass lead when he took off

It was a hit and run. Tek had to swing at that s***** pitch and hope contact was made so that Lowell's ass wouldn't have been out...which happened anyway.

GREAT PLAYS BY D-PEDS AND LOWELL TO END THE INNING. WOW.

You gotta like what you're seeing from Gabbard. Last start he went 4+ innings without allowing a hit. Tonight he's gone 4 and allowed only 1 hit - and against the Tigers.

I'm not saying he's the second coming of RJ, but he's not "garbage" either.

Is it just me, or is Gabbard making a strong case to grab the 5th slot if Schilling comes back able to get the job done? I think the pitching staff would be much stronger with him at the end and JT in middle relief.

Remy must have missed that like I did then. He was acting like it was a straight out steal attempt

I mean...it could have been. But it makes a lot more sense if it was the hit and run.

Settle down Gabbard. Don't let the walk get to you...keep the wheels on please.

I'd say he's got to prove he can go 5-6 innings for that. Same problem as JT.

That and he's got to throw strikes consistently. Same as JT.
