Without looking, I feel sure that they have won more games with a combined score between both teams of four or less, and recorded more shutouts than the last two seasons combined.

The great thing is that this team is not overachieving. They are playing like they should. Their expected wins (based on James' pythagorean formula) is 45-26. They are winning close games seemingly by keeping runners off the bases in the 7th, 8th and 9th. It is amazing.
