I missed this inning up until the Drew homer (stupid MLBTV), what happened with Pedroia and manram?

Manny got hit in the wrist and was down for a couple of minutes pointing to it. I thought he broke it, but he got up and wanted to run the bases until Drew hit the dinger.

Pedroia got an infield single, Manny got hit by a pitch in the wrist.
