You know, as much as I don't mind umps expanding or shrinking the k-zone, the rules do state that the zone is width of the plate from the knees to the top of the letters, with depth, so a pitch that crosses the plate is a strike. Now, from the official rules, there really are no "exceptions" Umps have been seen more as an art when it really should be a science. I agree that it might add to the game having varying strikezones, and the fact that it has been that way since the start, but thats not what the official rules say. That is the reason I like the idea of actually using Questec, with Umps, to accurately call a game. People might not like the game being that accurate, but I think in today's age, and the way the game is becoming more of a science, technology should be used.

Just my 2 cents.

Just got back from Spider-Man 3, omg what a f***ing movie

Ok the offense even with the lead has been embarrasing since yesterday. Is that 20 men left on base through the last 13 innings? They keep getting baserunners and its Sydney f***ing Ponson.

Hmm I believe Dusty is coming around, 5 for his last 8 :)

get ready for jacko troll threads

The Yankees rotation will be the better rotation from here on out. Ditto for the bullpen because all starters will no longer have short outings to keep that bullpen rested. I was right, never wrong. Even if such a thing happens I'll counter with rants that make you forget what the main discussion was

My thought on Clemens is that it makes this race very even. If the yankees didn't make this move than I think it would have been a long summer in the Bronx.
