What kind of bats does everyone here use?

I use a 33'' and a 34'' Louisville Slugger Grand Slam. My 34'' is lighter and is my primary bat. I also have another 34'' that weighs 40 ounces and it's too heavy for me so I never use it unless I bunt or do a sacrifice of some sort.

I swing left. I use to swing right but I could never find a good stance. So one day I tried left and it's been that ever since. But I can't do big bats, big as in weight. That's why I have two 34'' of a different weight.

I use a "classic wiffle bat, fluorescent yellow and 32 inches long. A lot of people will try to sell you a black-and-white bat, or a red bat that flares out at the end. You must decline these bats, politely but firmly. The wiffle bat has stood the test of time, and will continue to do so long after the imitators are gone.

Most people know that the wiffle bat is ideal for hitting the aptly-named wiffle ball, but few newcomers know about the bonus features:

1) If your opponent throws a hanging curveball and you make solid contact, the ball will slide down the bat even as you are hitting it. The result will be a monstrous home run that makes a whistling sound as it disappears into your cranky neighbor's yard.

2) The lower part of the wiffle bat has a textured grip. Nice.

3) The base of the bat has a little hole in it that, when the bat is waved around, makes a cool, low-pitched whistle not unlike the hum of a light saber.

Highly recommended for anyone with a ball, a yard, and a friend."

I just got a huge kick out of that. I'm 22 years old and my brother (3 years my senior) and I still have intense wiffleball homerun derbys every family holiday at the same field we played on when we were first learning to swing.

Usually I swing both ways' date=' so the bigger the "bat" the better.[/quote']

Damn it. Stole my SOTK swings both ways line.

I like using the clasic Wiffle ball bat when i'm playing in the neighborhood.

I always liked to put pennies in between the bat and the duct tape and hit tennis balls with it.

Pennies? hahaha... Wiffle ball has to be one of the best games ever...

Wiffel ball rules!

My league still uses aluminum bats, which i?m not looking forward too since I have to pitch at them LOL

one of my friends created a Fenway replica in his backyard for whiffle ball. It is frickin awesome.

Yeah, I did that with some friends. We play a lot of wiffle ball. We play hardcore, people legit don't like to play with us. Fast pitch, and indian rubber. You leave with no hits, and lots of bruises.
