If by glamour they mean where the shimmery tranny's like to diddle themselves, then yes it is the glamour division. And to have the hollywood cockdodgers in the league just ices the top of that effeminate cake.

Why not?

It's basically LA vs SD, a two-team race. Sort of what the AL East was seven of the last eight years. And if Arizona's prospects pan out entirely, they might also be a factor in the division. Colorado and SF will be fighting for last place.

And yes, an argument can be made that Dodgers/Giants is just as big as Red Sox/Yankees.

Exactly, it used to be 7 of the last 8 years. From now on, it's going to be a 3 team race. And at the rate that each team will be beating each other up, only one of them will most likely make the playoffs.

Dodgers/Giants is alright, but the hostility between fans just isn't the same. Baseball between those fans is NOT the same. I don't know if you've ever been to Boston or New York, but you won't go 5 minutes without seeing or hearing something anti-Yankee or anti-Red Sox. Dodgers/Giants is good but no one outside of LA/SF would recognize it as the biggest rivalry in baseball.

NY-BOS has its advantages for being in the East Coast. "Class" really doesn't exist between Giants and Dodger fans. I'd say the hatred between them can always go out of control.

People have been killed on the West Coat during the LA/SF rivalry. The reason it doesn't get as much press as BOS/NY is that whenever one team is good, the other plays horribly. And it's been 45 years since they played in the postseason (I consider the 3-game playoff in 1962 part of the postseason). But they've had their fair share of knocking each other out of the postseason a bunch of times (2004, 1997, 1993, 1982, 1962, 1951, etc.), and it's a lot more even.

that is because LA is a s***** city run by gangs. People get killed in LA for tying their shoes the wrong way and for walking with a limp.

Hmmm.

Actually Moose, there was a report on CNN about LA and its rising gang violence. There are over 70,000 gang members reported to be living and running the streets of the LA metro area. That is a TON of gang members. LA is run by gangs, as you probably know and the police are puppets over there.

70,000 in a population of 15,000,000?

LA is NOT run by gangs. The police have been cracking down on gangs recently (heck, the overall crime rate has gone down in the LA area), and I doubt Bratton is anyone's puppet.

Yet another ignorant comment about a place that you most likely haven't visited.

So were the Senators. Then they moved to Minnesota and won three pennants and two WS.
The Senators never had the type of following that the Brooklyn Dodgers did. I don't know ifyou are a WW II movie buff, but it was common place in those movies to be worrying about the Dodgers. It became a bit cliche. I don't remember a GI in any of those movies mentioning the Senators. To mention the Senators and their following with the Brooklyn Dodgers demonstrates that you just don't have a clue about Brooklyn or the Dodgers.

I was being facetious.

You'd think that with my support of Gil Hodges for the HOF, I'd be expected to know about the Dodgers, right? The Senators were "first in diplomacy and last in the American League." During the 40s and 50s, they were the benchmark for futility (along with the Browns/Orioles), which is when the Dodgers started competing (they were s*** between the 20s and late 30s until Leo the took the managerial position, blocking Babe Ruth's dream of being a MLB manager).

Besides, Calvin Griffith's attitude towards the city of Washington was more of a factor in the Senators moving west than the team itself.

Linda is a crack whore who smokes dick for rock. She's too strung out for a gang. Moose has the charisma to run into a liquor store with a 9 screamin to hit the deck, but I dont think he's dumb enough to do it. Then there's rodney. He'd be my choice.

Please shut up. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Maddux,Johnson,Gonzalez,Wells,Bonds,actually whole SF team,

The NL west is not the glamour division, its more like a half way house for elderly players on the verge of retirement.

You could say the same thing about the AL East.

Schilling, Timlin, Wakefield, Mussina, (maybe) Clemens, Mo Rivera, Frank Thomas
