... that ball was tipped' date=' but that still has to be pass interference. Auburn definetely caught a break there.[/quote']

I think you are right. By rule, that was PI. However, considering the saftey made a play on the ball in front of the interference, I think using the tip as the reason to waive the flag was probably the right call.

Fair enough. Definetely wouldn't have been caught anyway. What a play by the man who tipped it, too. LSU doesn't have too much room to complain considering if it's a good throw it's a TD.

LSU will get the ball back at least.

Another wide open missed.

And they go back to it and he gets jacked. And again. #2 will give you alligator arms.

Auburn flies to the ball. Even when people were open there was absolutely no RAC. Good game, good finish.

Ya gotta kind of put this one on Jamarcus Russell, right?

First he makes a poor throw on the non-P.I. Then he takes that sack, then he throws it five yards short of the endzone.

Yeah, he squandered some opportunities there at the end. However, they only scored 3 for a reason, that Auburn D hits you in the mouth and is all over the field.

Too bad I have to work tonight and will be unable to watch the Dan Hawkins era at Colorado start off 0-3 after they get destroyed by Arizona State.

If CU doesn't win this game, it's likely that they'll start the season 0-5 since they have to travel to Georgia next week and then at Missouri is a losable game as well. They'll beat Baylor, but after that they have two ranked teams in Texas Tech and Oklahoma. Couldn't happen to a better school! :D

Wow, wish I had thought to watch that Oklahoma/Oregon game. Oregon recovers and onside and gets a long TD pass, and the blocks a game winning FG attempt.

I was watching that Oregon/Oklahoma game, but missed the finish because I had to give my kid a bath. Oregon should have never got the ball back. Their player touched it before it went 10 yds on the onside kick. They even did an officials review to determine if it touched an Oklahoma player, but they missed that. Tough luck for Stoops.

Don't know his name because I was half paying attention while on the phone, but USC's tailback, #37, got his leg trapped under the tackler. His foot was pointing 90 degrees in the wrong direction. Nasty.

EWW, theres not many worse then Willis McGahee back in the 02 Fiesta Bowl.

Florida's punt-returner is scary elusive. They just called back an 89-yard (questionable call too) return of his. He's a threat to take it to the house every time he touches it.

Not sure of how many of you are keeping track of the University of Northern Colorado punting situation, but it's all happening in my home town so I think it's awesome!

Well, for those who haven't paid attention, the backup punter stabbed the starting punter in the leg. Tonight, in an ironic twist, the UNC Bears beat Texas State because of a blocked punt! The third string punter also got injured during the game, so the team was down to their backup kicker, who's first attempt went all of 7 yards.

In addition to that, Oregon didn't even recover the kick...

... the officials have been suspended at least, but that doesn't do anything to revive Oklahoma's National Title hopes. One of the worst calls I can remember.

oregon surprised me

they moved the ball very well against this ou team who is much bigger and i would think more physical than the pac 10 teams theyre used to playing

the biggest surprise was louisvilles defense sticking it to miami

7 points??

the larry coker watch is now in effect

Coker watch?

I live in Florida. It isn't a watch, it's a countdown.

Out of curiosity, was he on the hot seat entering this season? because Miami hasn't been as Miami-like

Tough call. Public perception had him on the hot-seat going into the year, but I don't know if The U did. The university president wants the program cleaned up a bit, and she doesn't like the thug image, so it's tough to figure how much leash Coker has as long as he plays by her rules.

That's before the season, though. He's a goner now. The public perception is too strong for Shalayla to keep him around.

K that looked like it hurt I wouldn't be surprised if he neve rwalks again. And it was nice to see my Wolverines put a beating on the Irish on Saturday and improve to 3-0 for the year.
