"2nd Favorite Team"

I think its safe to say pretty much everyone's favorite team is the Red Sox or Yankees (maybe with a few exceptions) but I'm wondering if you all have a 2nd favorite that you follow as well and if so who is it?

 

My 2nd favorite is probably the Reds. I'm from Southern Indiana and they are about an hour drive away so I get to see some of their games and they are always on TV on FSN Ohio.

I'm glad that I only root for one team in the same city for each sport.

 

But for baseball, I have to admit I kinda like the A's. But they are no way my "2nd favorite team."

My NL team is the Chicago Cubs and my second favorite AL team is Oakland.

I hear that. I love how they are wearing the old uni's on Sundays. If they ever wear those full time I'd definitly be a Brewers fan.

D'Backs...but I have to say I rooted for the Mets when Pedro pitched against them last year...

I'm a Red Sox fan but my second favourite team would be New York Mets.

Living in Minnesota I root for the Twins occasionally.

I never really had a second favorite team, it was the Astros by my random choosing but I never really got around to following them. Ever since Pedro went to the Mets I've been a Mets fan as well.

My NL team are the Rockies, but I also root for the Pirates, and my 'other' AL team is the Mariners, as long as they arent playing the Sox.

The teams besides the Red Sox I root for include:

Reds

Brewers

Mets

Cardinals (not in the 04 WS though of course)

 

I like to watch a lot of other teams play but I dont really "root for them to win"

I guess I have to go with the Pirates. I can't say I really cheer for them anymore because it's pointless, but I guess they're my 2nd favorite.

 

I like players on a lot of different teams, but don't like their teams.
