I really don't think that was Becketts fault. Yea hes thrown a bunch of heaters but that was a great piece of hitting. Tejada turned around an inside 97 m/hr fastball and hit a rocket line drive off the top of the wall and over. It was an odd play. but f***! thats how we come back from a long weekend off.

This is the reason Beckett gets in high pitch counts early on because he throws only fastballs and hitters just keep fouling them off. He needs to stop throwing consistent fastballs and start making hitters look foolish with other pitches.
