The Texans are smart because Defense wins championships. If they want to put fannies in the seats they will take Bush. If they want to build for a championship they take Williams.

I think Bush would make a bigger impact than Williams, Bush can get the ball 35 times a game and Williams might get a sack and a few tackles. Not saying defense isnt important, it wins championships. But this is Reggie Bush people.

Bush is not the type of back that will be carrying the ball 35 times a game. He is not the big bruising back that will get those types of carries. He is a great player but the Texans need defense alot more since they already have dominick davis.

He wont carry 35 times, but he might return some kicks/punts, and recieve out of the backfield.

He will not be returning punts and kickoffs in the NFL. You can be sure of that. Teams will not risk an injury having him return kicks if he is the teams featured back. At USC he could do that because he had Lendale White but he will not be doing that in the NFL.

im gonna buy this. I like this move. I think Davis is a good HB, he just can't do anything with that god awful line. Bush was good in College, but he isn't gonna be as good as people say he is the first couple years. And the only way i would draft him first, is if you sign him to a long term deal, to get his full potential later. I say the Jets should take him. Bush will have a great teacher in NYJ from Curtis Martin. I like this move.

NO is almost a lock to trade out of that spot now. They can trade down get someone like Fergusen and extra picks. Look for the Jets who have alot of picks to trade up.

I think this will be a tremendous move by the Texans.

 

Reggie Bush is going to be a great NFL player, but Mario Williams will transform their defense.

 

I will forever be angered if the Jets get him...living in predominantly Jets country, they wont stop raving about him, and he's a guy I'd like to like, but as a Jet, I couldn't.

 

Personally, I dont think Bush will be a JET .. I think he wil be a Titan

 

Think about it ... Chris Brown and Travis Henry not anything special and I have a feeling that they will out bid the a Jets.

 

Bush could be a Saint too as Deuce has injury problems and they be a great attack

 

Oakland could be a player to, Maybe Clevland but it be a long shot...so many possibilities

I'm not much of a draft guy, but from what I've read on my football sites, it seems like Reggie is heading to NY, becuase Tenn. needs a QB more than RB, though, again, I'm not much of a draft analyst guy.

 

 

But it seems like someone once again spoke too soon, and its starting to be a habit, good thing I like every team you hate:lol:
