Well this is the game for Toronto right now. It's unlikely he was going to get a save. If the Sox get a big inning here, it's just about over. Toronto needs to have their best pitcher in there right now to keep this game in reach.

Hansen is probably about a year away. They want to see him dominate in AA in kind of an instructional atmosphere. Big Edgar is the most likely to come up in july if someone sucks, MDC might be around to stay if he can throw that nasty curve he always has in the minors but hasn't shown in ST or the bigs last year.

 

Hansen is a year away unless a foulke or a timlin gets injured in august.

Not really. The rotation is solid, but not dominating, but with our lineup, it doesn't need to be dominating. Definitely not ignored.

I'm a bit puzzled at why Snow keeps coming in for Youks at 1st late in the games. Youks has proven in my mind that he is not a liability at 1st. Snow's bat ended up hurting us Friday night when he came up a couple times instead of Youks. I'd just leave Youks in there late in games.
