bad refereeing yet again. That play shouldnt have happened. The referee's didnt even notice that Chicago hiked the ball like 2/3 seconds after the play clock had stopped, not flags were thrown to stop the play in motion.

Ufortunately, yes. Anyone with -4 points is. This is because the current leaders have +4 points and differenial between +4 and -4 is 8. With 3 games remaining the potential swing is only 6.
