If he wants to win he'll be going to Miami ' date=' so we'll see what he really wants[/quote']

I think the Bulls + Boozer and Lebron would be better than the Heat + Lebron.

The Heat would have four men taking up their entire payroll. They'd have to find 8-10 league minimum guys just to fill the roster. But the "Title machine" idea gives some pretty lofty standards that Lebron would have to match.

Chicago currently has the most attractive roster. But no way he signs there. He's not going to pay 2nd fiddle to Jordan. And Par for that course is 6.

He's not gonna be a Clipper, Dallas doesn't make sense. The only 3 teams that make any sense at all are 1. Staying in Cleveland 2. Going to NY like so many had predicted 3. Go create a title machine in Miami.

Bulls fans would embrace LeBron. Comparisons to MJ are inevitable, but no one would realistically expect him to win 6.

Staying in Cleveland is stagnation. They're not going anywhere. They're a team that wins 60+ games during the regular season only to get embarrassed in the playoffs.

I don't see how the Knicks are a better option than the Bulls. At all. They're about to lose David Lee. Now, they have Amare. Big deal. Their roster still sucks overall. And they don't play defense. Mike D'Antoni has never stressed defense.

The only team I'm afraid of is Miami. The thing is, though, if he goes there it's probably still Wade's team. LeBron would have to share the spotlight. Garnett was willing to do that. I'm not convinced LeBron is. If he comes to Chicago, it's automatically his team.

What people don't seem to grasp is that he's going to be compared to Jordan's six rings and Kobe's five-and-counting rings regardless of what uniform he wears.

I really hope LeBron comes to Miami. I honestly think it would fit him best. Now that we have Wade and Bosh i see a big 3 just like the Celtics in 2008. They won the finals that year too. Fingers crossed and season tickets pending.

I bet he's going to New York. They'll come out of nowhere again and swoop him up like the Yankees did with Teixeira. Plus, I'm assuming that God wants to f*** me over, so by that logic, LeBron is going to NY.

f***. Can't believe I'm saying this, but if this actually goes down, I may find myself rooting for Kobe to take care of business against this embarrassment of riches team. LeBron will never be considered the GOAT if he can't win a championship as the clear front man. Like I said, it's possible that the Heat will still be Wade's team.

Lebron has to be going to Chicago. Boozer, Noah, Rose, Lebron is a very good team, I'd say better than the Heat's team-- and much more balanced.

Shut up. Seriously, shut the hell up. You're embarrassing yourself. I guess every championship ever won by Larry Bird, Kareem, Magic Johnson, and Bill Russell is obsolete too, right? f***, Shaq and Jordan too, for that matter, right? Because they all played with actual help, not a bunch of third-options that their front office dragged in, right? You're just pissed he's not coming to Chicago to play with a crappy talent spread. Be quiet.

The cavs will make some trades.

They always do. How do they work out? Tell me, mystical suns, how many over-the-hill or third option players will Chris Grant shove in to play next to LeBron, if Cleveland is fortunate enough to the beneficiary of his misguided loyalty?

I'm sick and f***ing tired of hearing about how LeBron snubbing the Cavs on national TV would be classless or mean, like he owes Cleveland anything. Everyone in that city needs to get the f*** over themselves. Danny Ferry completely botched the situation, couldn't put any real number twos next to LeBron, and he bolted. That doesn't make him Art Modell, that makes him a person with at least half a brain.

In the Finals he had like 30 turnovers and 10 points.

All of the players you mentioned were the clear front men of their teams. Chicago has a crappy talent spread? Whatever.

Go fail an accounting class or something, you little emo dipshit.

Shut the f*** up, man. You're an idiot.

Lebron to the Heat is a mistake. It's a no-win as far as his legacy concerned. He wins, its because he needed to play with two other superstars to do it. He doesn't win? He couldn't even do it playing with two superstars.

People just finally started shutting up about Kobe needing Shaq to win titles.

As a Spurs fan, I'd like to point out that the Cavs weren't close to winning a title in 2007. It was a pretty boring sweep. The Cavs posed no threat at all.

I consider one series away being close , I wasent talking about the series itself

He won a very, very weak Eastern Conference and got steamrolled in the Finals. He was "close" in that he was four games away -- but that team had no business being there if the conferences weren't so unbalanced. That Cavs team would've struggled to make the playoffs in the West.

edit: Minutes away. Lebron has to be staying in Cleveland. No way anybody can be dumb enough to go on National Television and stick a knife in the back of his home state, regardless of how young and dumb the people around him are. He's a hero if he says "Miami was tempting, but I've chosen to stay home in Cleveland."
