so f***ing what i can talk about his career stats if i want ,since when is a conversation strickly about the same thing in here

first relax yourself.

Secondly, if you want to have a convo with someone about something, try to stay on topic. Did I say he has had a great career? NO. I was talking about his RECENT streak. You normally address someone's statement first before going off on your own. If that's not how you do things, then that's cool, now I know.

3.5 games back and playing a stuggling Milwaukee team on Friday. I wonder if jsinger still thinks losing is the solution. Our young players, specifically Gomes and Greene, have grown more in this recent 8 wins in 12 games streak than they would have all of the rest of the season if they had tanked it. Congratulations on having a s***** opinion on this one.

i think the way theyre playing right now, has really helped in the development of the young guys.

But the Celtics have NO shot at winning in the playoffs, IF they get in. Id like to get a lottery pick also, so i dont know whats best for the Celtics right now.

Playoff experience is what's best for them. Next year this team will make the playoffs, and they'll be good too.

Also, they've played Detroit hard EVERY TIME, or close to it, this year. I wouldn't be surprised if they were able to take 1, or even 2, from Detroit. I don't see them winning a series though.

Ill save you time - yes I did.

The Suns WIN!!! What a fun game. I was screaming my head off...KG and Trenton Hassell were a pain in the ass but MVP Steve Nash carried us with 31 and 11. What a game, what a sport, what a team, what a great time. Man basketball is great.

Agree. Basketball is far and away the best sport to watch. I LOVE basketball. Any basketball. Not only that its amazing to play. I played for like 3 hours today. Including 45 minutes tonight at 1030 at night in the pitch black with nothing but my friend's car lighting up our little ghetto f***ing hoop. Could hardly see the ball. I was making some pretty ridiculous shots though...

I was going to go to the Celtics game tomorrow, but I sold my ticket to stocker. I dont know why, I just didnt really feel like going to a game. Im sure I will end up regretting that decision. Whatever I have a paper I'll need to start tomorrow anyways.

Wait was that the Nuggets game he said was going to? You probably will end up regretting not going...I'm pretty sure I remember you flipping out because you didn't go to a game earlier this year and it was a great one.

Yeah, it is. I needed the money though, so I guess its a decent trade off. Still have a game left after this one, and 30 dollars richer I'll need for gas for next weekend since I'm playing in a tournament up in NH, and that usually takes a nice hit out of my gas tank, especially since I have a friend that lives around there, and I usually end up ushering her around while I'm there. But at least I'll be able to get some work done, watch the game, and still make it to captains practice.

But you know what irritated me about the game...people were leaving early with like 2 or 3 minutes left. I was like "WHAT IS THIS?!?!?" We were winning but they left assuming it was in the bag, and I was like if you don't appreciate the game enough, give me your season tickets and I'll get there an hour early, stay the WHOLE time and leave an hour after the game is done. :D

Yeah I guess when you look at it like that, it was worth it, and with gas prices these days, any money you can get you should take. At least your positive about it. If it was me, I would still go, put my paper off, and figure out a way to get gas money between now and next weekend.

Haha, agree. You buy tickets, you stay the whole time. Usually I take a 445 train in for a 730 game, and go across the street to Halftime Pizza (best pizza EVER), we get into the place right as it opens, and we just chill in our seats for a solid hour. Boring, but worth it, sometimes some good stuff goes on down on the courts. And I would NEVER leave early from a game. I respect the game way too much to do that, especially if I bought tickets.

I was planning on doing that, but I need the grade, since I'm getting a D+ in that class, and my GPA is only 2.89, so I kind of need to bring that up a bit...

Exactly. I agree totally. The only time I had to leave early was when I didn't drive and my sister and her husband were having a fight and I had to bail with like 1:45 left in the second overtime on opening night against Dallas. (I dropped $110 bucks for my ticket) but I still had a great time. I told them a few days later...next time we (the three of us) go to a game, I'm driving seperate.

Yeah, see I'm so used to putting stuff off that it wouldn't bother me much and I seem to work well under pressure and in procrastinating positions so I would just sacrifice the sleep for the game.

But I see where your coming from. Grades are important.

Yes, agree. Since I finally got my license about 4 months ago I've been able to transport myself to and from games, instead of having to do it on my parents time. Only bad thing is people asking you for money while waiting in the train station. Sooooo many sketchballs there its ridiculous.

Psh, procrastination is my f***ing middle name. I never do ANY work at home. I always do it in the mornings or in other classes unless its a big grade. For example, I have a 48.7 average in health, so im actually going to study for the test on tuesday. Otherwise if im doing well I just wont do anything and will usually keep myself fixated on a basketball game on TV.

Well I had my license, but we went together, to save gas I guess and because I don't like ever drive to the arena, and my brother-in-law does so he knew the best way to get there. Oh well, I stayed the whole time tonight, and will at every other game I go to for the rest of my life unless like my arm is falling off or something catastrophic happens.

You know what else pisses me off? The people who get courtside seats. They dont even friggin like basketball, just have them for show. Should save those for the real fans. The ones who actually give a s*** about the team.

Yup. Exactly. They treat games like a social event. They don't give a s*** half the time. The only people at Suns games who care are guys like Robert Sarver (the owner, lol he BETTER care, and he was the only guy who is standing up during the game trying to pump the crowd up.) and tonight half the courtside seats were empty. I was like WTF??? My dad pointed that out to me. If only they weren't like $1000 a pop here, they would be worth it.

I mentioned my new beer pong table in another thread. Here it is... my baby. Lots and lots of hours have been put into this table. This table was done about 98% by one man... me.
