I'm not 100% sure but I think in the Baron Davis trade, the Clippers traded Davis and their 1st for Mo williams and Jamario Moon.

Derrick Williams and Kyrie Irving are 2 really good players. Lets say the draft order is

 

Cavs

Wizards

Cavs

 

So the cavs could get Derrick williams with the first pick, then since the Wizards don't need a PG they can pick some guy like a PF or C and then the cavs can get Irving.

I wouldn't get ahead of yourself dude. You have about 22% - 23% chance of the first overall pick, and it'd be much less likely that you also get the 3rd pick. And even if you do get the 3rd pick (which I highly doubt) I don't think you'd get Irving too because the 2nd team can always trade the pick, or pick up Irving and trade someone else, or simply just draft Irving because he's the best player available.

 

In addition, even if the Cavs get Irving and Williams, that still won't make them a top team for a while, if at all. So you're getting like 5 steps ahead of yourself dude. You should wait until tonight before you keep dreaming.

Minnesota has a 25% chance for the 1st pick. 21.50 for the 2nd. 17.76 for the 3rd.

 

Cavs have a 19.90 for 1st. 18.80 for 2nd. 17.11 for the 3rd.

 

I know they won't be contenders immediately but it will get them closer.

I think Irving and Williams will be good, but I dont know if Irving will be as good as CP3.
