No sir. Wade = the deserving MVP.

He is deserving BUT the MVP 95% of the time goes to a player on a team with one of the best records

LB or Kobe will win it

Exactly, LeBron will win it simply because of this retarded wins precedent.

I'd love to hear you explain this one.

Wade is taking a team that, without him, is headed for a similar fate as Washington, and single-handedly putting them in the playoffs. They're going to be the 5th seed, at the very least, I expect them to move into 4th when its all said and done. Wade is the team's best defender, EASILY, and also one of the very best in the NBA. He's the team's only offensive facilitator, and he again is one of the best in the league at that. Lastly he's one of the top 3 closers in the game, and hits countless amounts of big shots for Miami, oftentimes just to keep them in games.

Take a look at the garbage Wade is pulling behind him into the playoffs. Not a single big man on that team can defend. They have no depth at those positions, their best player down low is Haslem. JO'N is a dog who can't play interior defense anymore and the vast majority of his offense comes from jumpers. Blount and Joel Anthony are terrible. Beasley's a good second scoring option, but defensively he's a disgrace. Moon is terrible. Quinn is terrible. Mario Chalmers can shoot and play a little defense, but other than that he does nothing. James Jones and Luther Head have been good bench players, but they have given Miami nothing whatsoever. The only depth player they have is DQ.

Minus Wade (for a season, obviously for single games they could give teams a hard time, like tonight against the C's), this team is a failed abortion.

LeBron James is better, or at least comparable, to Wade in all statistical categories and his team will have close to 25 wins more than Wade's.

If the stats are similar and LeBron's team wins 25 more games, you're telling me that Wade is the MVP?

1) The best stats =/= a deserving MVP candidate. Maybe MBP, but that doesn't quite exist.

2) If both teams are comfortably in the playoffs, why should wins be the deciding factor? There is nothing in the MVP criteria that says anything about wins. The wins thing is only a precedent the voters set up for themselves a while back, and now have to live up to every year to avoid murking up past MVP selections.

We've established that these guys are both future HOFers. Cleveland, without LeBron, is still in the playoffs, though towards the back end. Miami, without Wade, is sitting in the basement with the Wizards. IMO, that's what it comes to.

what does family guy have to do with anything?

Lebron is the A-rod of basketball, you heard it here first. he won't never win nothing;

lol, yeah, his performance against the Pistons 2 years ago in the playoffs was just horrendous.

Way to contradict yourself.

no it's 3 negatives, therefore it's the same as saying he won't ever win anything

After looking at the numbers, it seems Wade has a slight edge on LeBron in the numbers pretty much across the board except for rebounds. LeBron is slightly more efficient offensively. They are both good defensively. If you look at the players by the numbers for the season, they are pretty closely matched.

But then you look at the standings it's not even close. The Cavs are on pace to win ~65 games to the Heat's ~45. Wade's certainly deserving of consideration, of that there is no doubt, and maybe he finishes 3rd behind LBJ and Kobe...but when there are two deserving candidates playing on teams with 20 more wins, has zero chance.

LeBron's numbers last year really good, but he finished 4th, mainly because the Cavs finished 11-21 games behind NO, BOS and LAL. The same thing will happen this year to Wade.

I've already conceded that LeBron will win the MVP, but I still think that he's not the most deserving. The Heat without Wade are a lot worse than the Cavs are without LeBron. Most wins isn't part of any official MVP criteria, that's just something the voters started doing, and now have to continue the trend every year (as I said). Would you argue that the only reason Nowitzki (07) or Iverson (01) got their MVP awards was because of the idiotic 'best player on the best team' theory?

Wrong.

What triggered that, if I may ask? lol

Your sig.

That scene was actually pretty funny, as was most the stuff before they were cancelled. The new shows are beyond awful.

I think the opposite. Season 1 and most of the season 2 stuff is terrible, IMO. After that they start getting good. This season has been kind of a letdown though. And yeah that stork scene along with the mega-lesbian song are two of the very best FG moments.

You're insane. The earliest seasons of FG are the best thing Seth McFarlane has ever done.

Nah. Peter was more annoying than funny back then, Stewie is a lot funnier as the metrosexual wise-ass he is now rather than the diabolical baby, Quagmire and Cleveland weren't funny at all back then, and guys like Bruce and Adam West hadn't really been brought into the fold yet, and they're two of the funniest characters in the show.

1) Half, so yes. Go f*** yourself.

2) LeBron did play the Pistons, and had a very non-ARod-like performance, you ****.

Dipshit.

you can't tell Me what to do.
