These 2 offenses couldn't be any different. Michael Vick is running the ball like he always does and not passing it all that much, only 495 yards through the air on the season. He does however have 4 passing TD's. The Falcons running game is 1st in the NFL at 209 yards per game.

The Patriots running game is terrible this season. Corey Dillon will have a break out game, but I don't think it will be against the Atlanta DEF. The Patriots currently rank last in the running game at only 66 yards per game. However our passing game at 283 yards per game ranks 3rd in the NFL this season. Tom Brady is calling the plays with help from Belicheck. When a QB get's to call his own plays it almost always hurts the running game. Brady being a very confident player probably says to himself in the huddle I can complete this pass (and the next one and the next one). He very well may do that, but it will come back to hurt him because the running game will never come around.

I believe this game is a must win for the Patriots to keep out of panic mode for the fans that is. The team on the other hand has shown how cool they can play under pressure and stress. The Patriots will be fine win or lose in this game. I very much believe we'll get intot the play-offs this year and thats what counts. With the Red Sox out of the play-offs early all eyes will be on the Pats. I sure hope all the fair weather fans don't freak out because we are not the perfect team they've come acustom to.

They're not gonna win this is just going to be a depressing weekend all around. I even knew before the Bruins game yesterday that there was no way in hell they were going to win just based on the Red Sox game.

Falcons just got screwed on that out of bounds called. He really wasn't even all that close to the line. The guy standing RIGHT there should've seen it.

Nice prediction. Vinateri gets it done again.

Aren't you guys concerned that you barely beat a Michael Vick-less Falcons team and you're heading in to face a very good Denver team?

Well, Schaub was pretty good. His accuracy and arm strength was great. The game woulda been played differently if Vick was in there. Also, the Falcons should be concerned that they lost to a Matt Light, Rodney Harrison, Richard Seymour, Tedy Bruschi, Tyrone Poole, Randall Gay-less Patriot team. If we had everyone healthy this team would be pretty much unstoppable.

yes i watched the game!! Drew Bledsoe and Terry Glenn were all over their defense it was heaven, haha im a fan of the cowboys aswell, the bears are my second team. But im only a cowboys fan ebcause i was raised a cowboys fan.

An interesting note: Branch is now 4th in the AFC (14th NFL) in recieving yardage. He is finally breaking out, and becoming one of the top recievers in the NFL, and defenses are trying to stop him more than anyone else, which is something that Nantz and Simms eluded to during the broadcast yesterday.

Looks like South Siders are not born to be die-hard Bears fans...

;)

hmm well i guess im ust going to have to tell you again, seeing i already told you this once. I WAS RAISED AS A COWBOYS FAN, the Bears are my second team gosh stupidity

Vicks replacement Shaub played as well as half the QB's in the league yesterday. Iam not worried that we just barely beat a vickless team. The Patriots seem to do what they have to do... to get it done.

And Rodney Harrison, and Tyrone Poole, and Randall Gay, and arguably our best offensive lineman in Matt Light. If I were the Falcons, I'd be worried about getting beat by a team that's patched together, at best, right now.

Willie McGinest also went down with a broken hand in the game.
