The Raiders have been nortorious for being overly penalized. Their Offense looks like it can light it up at times. However, the defense is highly suspect. Their defensive line is old and slow, and will not provide much of a pass rush. Their linebackers and secondary are either old or inexperinced. The Raiders don't appear to be a threat to anyone this year.
