Already have, started last year I believe, they tell you to turn them inside out (unless you're wearing them under a jersey or something), but obviously people just turn them back rightside out when they get in the stadium.

 

We mark all your tickets, well the smart security guards, and if you are seen with the shirt again and a marked ticket, you get tossed.

John cena reminds me of Marky Mark. Complete wannabe thug white boy who really cant rap. Im surprised all of those wrestling fans take to him so well.

a lot of fans toss their stubs when they get in. And also at Yankee Stadium this year i've noticed that they dont rip the tickets, they just scan them, so if they dont take the time to rip the stubs I doubt they're going to take the time to mark a ticket.

 

I dont know why its such a big deal, people are aware of the environment at a Yankee/Sox game and if it bothers them so much they can stay home. I still say it will be impossible to ban Yankees Suck/Boston Sucks chants.

yea, we do that at Fenway too, just scan the tix. the security is the front line, we see the fans before the ticket takers do. if you have a yanks suck shirt on when you get up to security you have to turn it around. a lot of the guys make you give it up if you have something else to wear. they mark your ticket and if you throw it out then its a judgment call.

well obviously theres no way we can kick out 35,000 fans. but if there is dead silence in one section and you can point out one loud mouth, disorderly drunk screaming swears and being obnoxious then you can handle that one person. theres been plenty of those cases at games.

Not to change the subject, Yankee's Suck shirts has pretty much been discussed to death. What's been the frequency and problem with smokers ?

I got turned away for something I thought would get by: A "GOT ROIDS-11 25" shirt, with "Yankees suck" quietly placed on the back, but the guy looked at me walking away and saw it.

That's not too bad...Yawkee Way is open for smoking but for the people who don't want to walk there, you usually get people smoking in the concourses and the new first base deck because it's open air.

I've heard "Boston Sucks" chants at Yankee Stadium....when the Yankees were playing the Devil Rays.
