I disagree, but hey I am Yankee fan. The series is one a piece, anything can happen. ( Talking to Yezsir)

It's 17-1.... <_>

Another thing to consider. The Yankees had won 16 out of 18 before we played them last time, and a 17-1 defeat sent them into a two-week tailspin. Could tonight's game have the same effect? Let's hope so.

I wasn't talking about tonights game, we lost tonight's after the 2nd inning. I was talking about the whole series. Yea 17-1 takes alot of momentum out of us, but I think the guys can split the series at least.

Mark "I'm the only starter who couldn't get a hit in a 17-1 rout" Bellhorn strikes out for the 106th time. Last year's 171 will be surpassed before Labor Day at this rate.

Not a sweep, take 3-4.

No, I said we can use the momentum from this game to propel us back through the space/time continium and win last nights game, thats how good this is. Its S/Tc altering-good.

Youk, your hypothesis holds some merit. Special Relativity shows that time moves slower the faster you go, and some have surmised from that premise that time travel would be possible if one were able to exceed the speed of light. And since momentum is mass*velocity, and the Red Sox collective mass is constant, then if their momentum is sufficiently high (due to increased velocity) then they could travel backwards in time. However, General Relativity shows that the faster you go the more massive you become, leading Einstein to suggest that nothing with mass could possibly reach that speed, only photons can. So, if you can find a way to turn the Red Sox into a photon (electromagnetic energy), then they can acheive a sweep.

So I guess this means Millar will need to lay off the KFC for a while....

Yeah, then he'd bitch about it to the media, and all the idiots on ESPN would be talking about discord in the locker room.

Yeah on the Yankee board I post on, some guy was making fun of Nixon for being tired and "poorly conditioned" after his inside the parker.

Did you kindly remind him what he just said: "his inside the park homerun." I mean, you allowed an inside the park homerun in the first place and your outfield sucks.
