Good god, man. It's only noon and you're already drunk??? ;)

Gotta love Sundays!

Leave it to a true leader like Tek to spark the team - something Francona couldn't do. I would love to see Tek come back in 10 years after he's retired and manage the Sox. He could be the next Joe Torre.

Great win. Great game. Great comeback. Great fight.

Tonight could be the bean-ball game from hell. If so, I hope somebody lets one fly into the ESPN booth and knocks Joe Morgan on is stupid fat ass.

At the risk of being a contrarian:

1. Boston's errors continue.

2. Joe Morgan knows more about baseball than the accumulated wisdom of this honorable discussion board.

That said, that was a helluva game yesterday and the game ending home run was so damn great. It made it easier to get up this morning.

3 things we learned yesterday

1. Don't give up jsut yet

2. Dont F*ck with Varitek

3. Good things happen when A-Rod gets smacked in the mouth

Joe Morgan is in Cooperstown for the ceremonies so Rick Sutcliffe will be calling the game tonight.

sweeeeet! Thanks for the update. You know, Cooperstown is a great place, but it's no Barry Bonds.

It's not his wisdom I question; it's his self absorbed attitiude and the way he gets his wisdom across to the listening public. Once Joe starts talking, people stop listening after awhile.

Saturday's game certainly seemed like a spark... Let's hope the intensity carries over to the Baltimore series.

Let's face it, the Sox need to play with the Yankees/Red Sox intensity from here on out if they expect to make the playoffs...
