OK there is no way that we're are gonna lose today. It just won't happen. They came back last night and the offense will break out tonight. Let's all forget about the Yankees and Orioles and just worry about us. Kim's coming off a good season debut and D'Amico pretty much sucks so let's go get'em.

Well, ddm, you started this thread. Maybe thats the change that the sox need to get their offense going! Kim vs D'amico should be no contest. I hope it isnt at least.

Well, I don't see the Red Sox beating Sabathia so they better win this one!

Think positively, man!

D'Amico's line against Boston in his career:

G	GS	W	L	SV	CG	SHO	IP	H	R	ER	HR	BB	K	ERA	WHIP	BAA

vs.BOS 4	4	0	3	0	0	0	22.0	31	19	19	7	3	14	7.77	1.55	.333

A horrible ERA, a ridiculously high BAA. If the sox can carry over the offensive prowess of last night's 9th inning, then we can be set. And if we get good pitching out of BK, I bet our lineup could score at LEASt 4 runs tonight, so we can win.

And Redsox24, why dont you see us beating C.C? He isnt that great of a pitcher you know.

2nd lead, ortizzle also bombed one in the first inning if u missed it

oooooo, I did miss it. I turned it on at 3-1, when were losing, and I just assumed.

Damn, pizaaza broke Fisk's record of most homeruns by a catcher today. I was hoping Pudge could hang onto that one. Oh well, Fisk was still better!

Nice. The sox are now 2-2 with RISP, and we've scored 4 in this one inning. Hopefully they can keep the pressure on and continue to score runs throughout the game. It seems that they've been scoring in spurts all season long. I'd prefer one or two runs here, another couple there, that way we dont always have to fight back or protect a lead.

But, if today gets us on the right track, then I'm all for it.

Ouch. Sloppy baseball by the Red Sox. Kim throws one away and now Bellhorn lets one get through. Thats no hits in this inning by the tribe, and they've scored a run

5-4 sox. :(

How many unearned runs does this make on the road trip? The defense has been terrible lately. Time for a refresher in fundamentals!

well dont worry about Kims 80 mph fastablls, Malaska is now in. they should have brought in Arroyo though

Agreed, hope Arroyo gets in this game.

At least the sox are scoring runs and hitting the ball, its there crappy defense and bad starting pitching that has hurt them this game.

I thought Mark Bellhorne and Pokey Reese were supposed to be defensive improvements?
