  1. Which, look at the bright side, is significantly better than last year.
  2. Downs with his 12th tater of the season!
  3. Howlett with his 2 be tater of the season. Kavadas does not have a tater, but he walked today!
  4. He is in a bit of a slump! Good things come to those that wait until he gets back to Fenway!
  5. True, maybe someone should recommend this strategy to Cora!
  6. True, but he is hitting better than I ever thought he was capable. Takes a bit of the sting away from him being back.
  7. Last I looked, Cora did not sign any of the substandard arms in our bullpen.
  8. Bradley may not be the bradley of old. But his defense is strong and he is hitting .200. At the beginning of the season, I never thought he would hit above .170.
  9. I do not think German is ready. He command and control is spotty. When his fastball sails, he resorts to aiming and then he gets lit up like a Christmas tree!
  10. But I will take a 3/4 tater to strike out ratio any day of the week.
  11. Danish and Robles bungled it tonight. They both need to go the way of the dinosaur!
  12. We fight and fight and take the lead in the eight and then comes the bullpen to implode! How is Cora not a raging alcoholic!
  13. My bad, I meant 17th tater of the season overall!
  14. This has been a very exciting game. We take the lead in the 8th after starting the 2nd inning down by 3.
  15. Kavadas with his 3rd tater at Greenville and 16th overall this season!
  16. Mayer with his 6th tater of the season!
  17. As prospects, I think wong and cotham have really improved to the point of being viable major leaguers in the future. Not stars, but contributors.
  18. Makes a lot of sense. I think the 2 relief pitchers need to be right handed. We have three lefties that are serviceable.
  19. Besides upgrading the bullpen, maybe Hang’em Chaim can trade for a stud outfielder, especially one with a little power.
  20. Excuse my ignorance, but who is Gonzalez?
  21. Roberto Ramos also released from Worcester.
  22. If we stay on our current roll, maybe hernandez ends up on the 60 day dl.
  23. Maybe the disillusioned medical guy who roots for the Yankees can obtain some insight from his colleagues about Tommy John recovery. Ps: I know that the definition of a Yankees fan means that he is socially inept and seriously lacking in personal hygiene causing colleagues to avoid him like the plague, so no need for anybody here to bring it up and discourage him from trying!
  24. Pannone released from Worcester so he can pitch in Korea. Current (and future) rotation pieces Bello Walter Murphy Crawford Seabold Winkowski (after sale and eovaldi return)
  25. Murphy promoted to Worcester! Worcester staff is stacked!
