    i totally get that. you've pointed out many examples that i agree with. i was just stating there appears to be a real correlation between errors and wins/losses. when you look at the standings and who leads and who doesn't and who has the most errors and who doesn't.

    some people think errors don't matter, but after looking at which teams have committed the most errors and those that haven't; there is no denying there appears to be a correlation between wins/losses and errors. the bottom 7 teams in errors beginning with the worst: Red Sox, Rockies, White Sox, Guardians, Angels, A's, & Orioles. nice company.

    it's why you can't rely on rehabbed, broken-down. pitching project free agents. the Sox have been burned so many times, yet they keep tying. LOLOL.

    i think we should keep Chapman and i'd like to keep Duran. i'm ok with trading him for a good return but the idiots in the Sox FO will deal him for nothing.

    i'd try to extend Chapman and sell off the junk, including the front office -as they have no clue as to what "pieces" are worth trading for.

    Hicks is the Red Sox paying part of Devers salary without paying part of Devers salary. the whole narrative that the Giants took on all of Dever salary is BS.

    i'm ok with the trade; i just think they did very poorly with the return. ergo, i'm not voting. maybe your poll should have more options?

    i'm sure they won't deal Raleigh but i bet they would deal Harry Ford, their overall #5 prospect, who is currently manning the backstop at AAA Tacoma.

    Devers says he's willing to play "wherever the Giants need him" like he's being some kind of team player. i wonder why Cora never tried him at 1B before the blowup this season. Dever is horrible at third but Cora never even thought about moving him to first? is Cora that dense?

    Cora loves him some Hamilton. gets him in the lineup every chance he gets.

    Gilbert pitched a great game for them, but Gio was money. with the recent success from our starters, maybe we do have a chance.

    it is hard as hell to hit a baseball. it's just one of those things that bug me....striking out looking. if you've got two strikes, you better swing the freakin' bat.
