agreed, but i promise you, the dumb f***s in the Sox front office will sign another Paxton, Hendricks, Sandoval, etc again this winter. they just never learn. -

i think he shoulders some of the blame for the Devers situation and i've questioned him about a lot of other things. with that said, i wouldn't have fired him, had the Sox not made the playoffs, due to the simple reason that half the lineup is made of porcelain dolls that can't stay healthy for s***.

Scherzer got rocked his last game. from espn: the Royals sent 10 batters to the plate against Max Scherzer (5-4), who exited after recording just two outs and allowing seven hits in the shortest non-injury start of his career. It was Scherzer’s shortest outing since facing just one batter while pitching for Washington on June 11, 2021, before leaving with an injury.

you're right, nobody viewed him as "the one", but i can tell you this: some suspects in Low A damn sure aren't "the one".

i was upset about it. to me, starting pitchers are far more valuable than some Low A "suspects".

this loser was DFA'd by the Nationals, the 2nd worse team in the NL. no surprise he can't hit s***.

you forget that Seattle also has Julio Rodriguez. his 6.4 bWAR is ahead of Ohtani and only trails Judge, Perdomo and teammate Raleigh.

you forgot to note that to make matters even worse, the geniuses in the Sox front office also paid $17 million of Sale's salary for his first year in Atlanta. so.....think about this: Brezlow has traded Sale and Devers for nothing. a monkey could do a better job than these clowns.
