If Kluber does well he’s worth the $10-12M. Time will tell.

This is not the winter for the Sox to spend big as I’ve been saying ever since I heard Kennedy, and Bloom talk at the end of the year. Yes JH is the best thing to happen to the Red Sox in my lifetime too, but he’s not the same spender as he was 5-10 years ago. To many other adventures going on.

Cheaper by only $1M, but Kluber is a better pitcher. The risk you take is how many innings you would get out of him, but if healthy I take him over Whack a.

Like I said earlier. Criticize when he does bad, and praise when he does good if you want to be fair. Nothing wrong with be fair.

JH is not the big spender he used to be. He’s got to many other endeavors going on then he used to have.

That’s why Bloom is here to do what he can with the small allowance JH is giving him. Theo, or Dombrowski would not work like this.

Agree on the Bloom analysis. He hasn’t done anything great in Boston, and he hasn’t done anything bad. Criticize when he does bad, and praise when he does something good is the way it should be.

Moon. Why did the Sox sign Sale? Was it because he had a history of being a good pitcher??

Last season! When was the last time Whack a was any good? So now he’s just gonna turn things around, because he is in Boston? History is who you are, and not what you are gonna be. All the hope in the world won’t make Whack a any better.

I’m not emotional, but you guys think you all have to defend Bloom. Minor signing it was, but I think the $7M could be put to better use.

Now where did I say that Whack a was all that Bloom was going to do? This to me was just a bad start. Over analyzing again Moon.

You know I don’t give a damm about all this analytics stuff, so I just threw stuff out there just to get all you guys that do into a tizzy, and another plan came together. This is all the Sox have done so far, so stir up some hate, and discontent over a guy like Whack a is just amazing.
