    Sorry, but if you are an outfielder playing in the ML you should be able to catch a fly all no matter what the age, and no I wasn’t just talking about the ball Duran didn’t see, and didn’t hustle after. By all accounts on here, and others Duran doesn’t have much OF instincts at all. So you want Duran to be all forgiven, because of his bat last night? Even if he kept it up he still would be a bad OF, and I’m not holding my breath if he can keep it up with the bat. I know to some on here Bogey is no good at all on D.

    Why do you keep saying Bloom knows what he’s doing? Making the farm system better in the rankings doesn’t guarantee a winning season for the big club?

    Bloom’s philosophy at the moment has gotten the Red Sox in last place that he has had 3 years to work on.

    What’s important is the players don’t think Bloom thinks the team can make the playoffs, and may be pissed off enough to prove him wrong.
