  1. Shouda, coulda been a big scoring inning
  2. Big problem, Devers on second, no outs. Inning over?
  3. While I'm out there remind me to step on Kike's foot
  4. Like I said, loving Dalbec
  5. Diekman's walk scores, what else is new?
  6. Sox still featuring 3 guys in this lineup whose combined BA's do not total .600
  7. Another man on second, no outs, can't score him. Dalbec inextricably to useless even against bad LH'er. Kike isn't my favorite either
  8. Angels have now scored in every inning
  9. Lower level between Angel dugout and home plate. Great view of pitches and umpire mistaken calls
  10. Whitlock is up in the zone way too much. Stonehands Dalbec didn't help.
  11. The positioning vs Devers is always perfect
  12. Beautiful night in Anaheim, especially if Arroyocan lose one over the wall
  13. Suarez should be getting pounded
  14. Genius Joe Maddon goes down with the s(t)inking ship known as the Angels. Too bad he didn't hit or pitch better .
  15. I have asked the travelling secretary for 15 minutes with Raffy at the urging of the Splendid Splinter . He told me he would get back after he checked with Boss Boras
  16. Going to the game tonight in Anaheim to watch Whitlock whip up a second shutout and extend Angel's misery. If any of you fellows want to send a personal message to your favorite Red Sox, post it here during the day and I'll deliver it. I'm only sorry Matt B. won't be in the bullpen so I can tell him what is going wrong with his delivery. Dodger manager Dave Roberts spelled it out in a local story .
  17. Big time huge congrats to Wacha for sticking it to the Angels, while getting minimum support
  18. He was truly awful all night
  19. Wacha going for the complete game shutout ? Scary stuff but IF we had a closer, he'd be there for better or worse. But we don't so it's up to Mike Wacha to win his own game, fair enough challenge.
  20. I appreciate that verdugo is an MLB level player, but I don't think I'll be a fan of his. If he tripped on his gold chains rounding third one day, I would be ROTFLMAO.
  21. The end of 7th DP means Trout doesn't have to bat again. He may be in a slump, as is the team, but why tempt fate ?
  22. Sox pitchers have a choice, get 9 straight outs to preserve the shutout or face Trout and Ohtani 2 more times. Pick your poison. Oh, maybe the Sox hitters could score against a bad bullpen too
  23. It might be useful to get some runs off the Angels weak bullpen before ours has to show up. You could easily say Wacha outpitched Thor
  24. Splendid, i did find a local TV broadcast of this game and all i can say is the the HP umpire is another of your Chumpires. Syndergaard got a lot of strike calls on clear balls.
  25. Odd way to keep up with the game tonight. Listening to WEEI on MLB.com ( Angels blacked out in So Cal) and looking at Gameday for pitches/stats. But there is about a one minute delay between WEEI and the Gameday so I can see the result in print before Joe C announces it by a wide spread. Same things happen with the NESN broadcast being noticeably delayed based on posts I see on the game thread. Who cares as long as the Sox win.
