Perhaps the A-S snub is playing with his mind/motivation.

Dugo is an emotional player and when he gets down, he appears to lose all enthusiasm, which is so evident when he is going well.; Not happening for him now. Fans have similar reactions I also think the RS are an unlucky team not getting a fair share of breaks going their way. Don't think you can quantify that but they do not look good right now, after the previous mini-streak of wins.

I see Bello is now on the paternity list, hopefully for a just a few days ( his normal interval). Isn't this the 3rd paternity list of the year. One aspect of MLB orientation should be how to time your babies for the late October- February cycle of births.

usually if the bot5tom of the lineup gets a few hits, the team prospers. Chang and Wong have 66.6666% of tonight's hits to date but no one joining them, ex Duran. Verdugo is in the midst of a bad 15 game+ stretch batting .516 OPS.

A little surprised Devers is back in. Thought AC may save him for Mets except for a PH, if needed today. Turner did take a beating at 3B physically last night. So AC runs the 38 year old right back at 1B. Is Bloom showcasing him or just trying to win? If winning was the goal , then why is KIKE in and Duran out ? Too many OF'ers, and someone has to play 2B.

Today's game becomes essential, yesterday's opportunity with everyone else losing was a miss. Keep winning series and the cumulative effect will be a WC. Is Devers out again ? Probably so he is fully available for Mets on Friday. Bello needs to just shut these A's down early and often.
