Just got back and checked the score. I think I have seen enough of E-Rod in the starting rotation. He totally is useless. -
Eck is the best analyst in the business. He and Jerry together are awesome. You don't know how lucky you have it with both of them. You should hear the Cubs and White Sox guys.

Had to expect that Richards is going to give up runs. Going to be tough to come back. Can't squander a bases loaded no outs situation and win.

JBJ hitting .177 with .254 OBP and .294 SLG. Sox definitely made the right call letting him go.

I don't want Richards pitching in a 7 inning game. The Sox will have less ABs to come back from the hole he will put them in.

I agree with this totally. I also would like the DH in both leagues and eliminate the shift by requiring 2 infielders on each side of second base.

Sox can't and won't trade J.D. He is a middle of the order hitter who can drive in runs. Those guys don't grow on trees.
