  1. Agreed. They've had most of their starters on the IL.
  2. EO after catching the throw from Dalbec just decelerated for some unknown reason.
  3. Exact same pitch Ramirez hit for a HR earlier.
  4. E-rod last night and EO tonight demonstrate how a team can improve the BP.
  5. Geez, I hope Schwarber didn't damage the wall.
  6. It's a Hans Solo film fest, so far.
  7. Yup. They've made it into an art form.
  8. I preferred 2013 when the SOX were only attacked by a beard epidemic.
  9. Jack Lopez is as odd a full name as Manuel Johnson.
  10. Quantril has just been Plaweckied.
  11. This is probably not a good time to ask for SOX autographs.
  12. Quantril just got Schwarbered.
  13. The SOX offense is better when Kike is at 2nd base, but the defense is worse in the OF. That's the tradeoff.
  14. That would be the ideal outfield for sure, but to make that possible Schwarber would have to play 1st base, if you want both he and JD's bat in the line-up. And then you'd have Dalbec riding the pines. Like I posted a few days ago, it's difficult having two DH's on one team.
  15. However, if Cora wants Dugo, Schwarber, JD and Renfroe in the line-up, I doubt this is possible, unless Schwarber becomes the full-time 1st baseman. At this point it appears Dugo will be in CF more than Kike.
  16. Or Kike would have had it moments. It would be to the SOX advantage that Kike play the remainder of the season in CF.
  17. Josh Hader of the Brewers is making a little over 6.5 million. To me he's the gold standard for versatile relievers.
  18. The big question is if Richards continues to shine in the BP for the rest of the season, should the SOX give him 10 million for 2022?
  19. I believe Nosty predicted the 2004 SOX would lose to the Yankems in the playoffs.
  20. True. He was much better at predicting end of the world stuff and not end of the season standings.
  21. C. Quantril 4-2 2.93ERA vs N. Eovaldi 10-8 3.71ERA No reason to stop at 2 wins in a row. Expecting another good start by EO. Hopefully, he can shut down a good Cleveland offense. Go SOX!
  22. Another fine piece of work by Richards out of the pen.
