  1. Hopefully, Cora has someone warming up, but who knows?
  2. Houck hasn't 'stretched out' yet. You can't do it in one start. But, wtf, I could be wrong. I've got a history of it.
  3. The Rays just improved their offense. SOX better do something.
  4. Walking Devers was probably a good idea.
  5. The Rays acquired DH Nelson Cruz earlier today in a trade. I'm predicting the SOX pick up Rizzo.
  6. He hasn't thrown a splitter yet, so it may be a work in progress.
  7. Wasn't Ray Milland in DIAL K FOR STRIKEOUT?
  8. I'm guessing Houck may have a pitch limit around 60.
  9. Tom Seaver, imho, had the best delivery to the plate. More leg, more body, less arm.
  10. The Yankems are 7 back of the SOX, but in the more important loss column they are 6 games behind.
  11. If anyone is concerned with Bogey's recent slump, one should check out Babe Ohtani's stats since the ASB. 2-25 with 11 k'S.
  12. Arroyo will get injured no matter what position he plays, probably even DH.
  13. I thought you'd ask me who the hell is James Dickey?
  14. Yankems defeat Phils 6-5 in 10. Like to say that the Phils are mediocre like the rest of the NL Least, but they did take 2 of 3 from the SOX this month, so I'll just keep my mouth shut.
  15. Watching the Phils/Yankem game, I learned that of Bryce Harper's 15 HR's, 14 were solo shots. Now, if that doesn't define 'clutch', my name isn't James Dickey.
  16. 5-4 Yankems with Phillies still up in top of 8th. Phils have bases loaded with one out. Wild pitch, now 5-5.
  17. I believe this is Moon's final year of his current contract. I'd like to see him re-sign for maybe 4 years at $1,000.00. Limited budget and we don't want to get hit with a luxury tax. Maybe Moon will give us a home team discount. You know that happens all the time in MLB.
  18. Cordero, I'm guessing. Not many options on the farm.
  19. Nice 2 game sweep with a ton of HR's. Back to Fenway and the beloved Yankems.
  20. Make sure you're home for Richards' next start on Aug 4th.
