    This 22 year old Greene was the #2 overall pick in the 2017 draft. This is his 1st major league season. He may be coming into his own tonight.

    If MLB keeps a stat of which batter leads the league in being behind the count, it has to be Dalbec this season.

    Interesting when a pitcher buzzes a fastball high and inside, how effective it makes his remaining pitches to the batter. EO should do that once in a while.

    It's nice to see JD slap hitting for a high average, but I do believe the SOX paid him to hit HR's. Maybe as his average drops, he'll remember that.

    When he was smoldering, he was either not swinging at those or he was punching them to right.

    Btw, if anyone's interested, there's a 30 minute video on Youtube exploring the insane baseball life of Trevor Bauer.

    Based on the Reds' starter's stats, if the SOX don't score much tonight it won't be a case of 'good pitching beats good hitting.' It'll just be a case of 'not good hitting.'
