    I love Franchy's bat against RH's but not so much against lefties. JBJ isn't much better against lefties, but he does provide better defense.

    Although Story has had good production so far this season, I wouldn't be surprised if he wasn't near the top in swing & miss rate.

    The A's announcers praised Story right into a K. At least, Franchy hit the ball hard. And finally, whatever WAR the nerds have assigned to Devers, it's too low. He's more dangerous with a bat than the nerds' hero Mike Trout.

    I suck at predictions, but that won't stop me from predicting by season's end Dugo's BA will be somewhere between .280 and .285.

    The statement that a team is what their record says it is, imho, is not true while the season is in progress. When the season has concluded, then I will agree that statement is true.
